Welcome Iron sisters, students, parents and friends!  Iron Sisters aims to build a sense of confidence, community and healthy living among our participants.

Iron Sisters runs throughout the month of July.  On this site, you will find our daily itinerary, healthy living tips and tricks, and recipes.
